Start with the systems you cannot comfortably replace from savings this year. If that list is only a furnace and a water heater, Essential may be enough. If the kitchen is full of mid-life appliances and the cooling system is equally important, Complete is usually the better match. Premier is for homes with more than one climate zone or a desire for optional riders.
A representative will not push a higher tier without a reason written in your home profile. If a system is ineligible, we say so before you enroll rather than discovering it during a later claim.
